We are a non-profit organization in Des Moines, Iowa on a mission to promote mental well-being and social equity by providing accessible one-day retreats for women, caregivers and underserved communities who often find themselves at the heart of the relentless demands of everyday life.

We create space, time and a feeling of peace and community.  Our retreats allow participants to set aside the distractions and worries of their lives, as we provide for their needs for a day.  Our guests transition between moments of movement, stillness, creativity, and connection as they rediscover simplicity at their own pace.
