Welcome to Present Day Retreats

We are a non-profit organization on a mission to promote mental well-being and social equity by providing accessible one-day retreats for women, caregivers and underserved groups who often find themselves at the heart of the relentless demands of everyday life.

 

We create space, time and a feeling of peace and community.  Our retreats allow participants to set aside the distractions and worries of their lives, as we provide for their needs for a day.  Our guests transition between moments of movement, stillness, creativity, and connection as they rediscover simplicity at their own pace.

Your support helps us create transformative experiences and ensure services are accessible to everyone, no matter their circumstances.  Together we can bring rest and renewal to those who need it most, creating a ripple that will extend far beyond a single day.
