Our Retreats

We offer one-day experiences prioritizing moments of stillness, personal insight, and gentle prompts over a rigid schedule, allowing our participants to rediscover simplicity at their own pace.  We provide a range of activities that allow people to transition between movement, quiet, creativity and connection, all while fostering mindfulness and presence.

No to-do's, just to-be's.

We believe in the value of subtraction.

 

We want to remove your distractions and responsibilities for a day, allowing you the physical and mental space to breathe.  We hold open the place and time for you that the world rarely gives.  We will share with you prompts, guidance and activities that assist you in slowing down.  We will provide nourishment in the form of refreshments and a nutritious lunch.
